What’s the difference between Torrens and Strata title?

How much does a duplex cost to build?
Duplex projects involve twice the structure, twice the services, and often significant site works. As a guideline:

  • Premium finishes, larger footprints, or complex sites: $2.0M – $2.5M+

How long does a duplex build take?
Our standard contracted build time for a duplex is 13–15 months, depending on design complexity, weather, and council conditions. We’ve completed many duplexes on or ahead of schedule. You’ll receive weekly progress updates so you always know where your project stands.
